Today's Post. This is an excellent example of keep shooting when you don't think you have a shot. The evening light was great, the osprey was sitting in a tree and all of a sudden headed toward the water. I pointed the camera and kept firing. This is cropped but I liked the reflection.

Today's Post.
I have several books that I would like to recommend. These are some of my current favorites.
I wanted to take a moment and discuss my progress with my "Project 365". First, for me the project means that I take a photo (iPhone, point and shoot, or DSLR) everyday and post that photo. I have started using my blog to post that photo. You can also find the photo on Flickr.
I started the project to promote creativity and see what I could come up with. So far I pretty pleased. I have been at it since January 1st and feel confident that I'll make it all year. I was asked a question about a photo I posted as part of the project. I had to explain to the person that the photo had no reference, no meaning but it was all about capturing an image and posting.
I've really is fun. I encourage you to start. You can begin anytime. Commit to yourself and your photography and try it.
Today's Post. From the HRTownsquare Photowalk to the Dismal Swamp Park in North Carolina.
